Jumpstart Your Vibration At The Start Of The Day

There is a magical moment when you first wake up when you are very susceptible to suggestions from your own mind.

First thing when you open your eyes is the best time to impress something new on your subconscious.

It is a great way to give yourself a new self-image and drive out any limiting beliefs that might be holding you back from your best life.

As soon as you know you are awake, turn your thoughts to anything that is good in your life for which you are thankful. You will get better at catching this moment the more you do this. 

Start tomorrow and make it your one thing that you definitely do. 

Eventually this will become a habit and a powerful one to change your vibrations.
