                        EMOTIONAL CHARGE

Put an Emotional Charge on it and Become a Manifesting Supernova!

LESSON 1

Why do we care about an emotional charge? Manifesting magic is created with emotion. 

You can’t just think about what you want and make it  happen. You are going to have to feel it…really feel it…and those feelings are going to have to be authentic.

THE LANGUAGE OF THE UNIVERSE IS NOT POSITIVE THINKING.  IT IS POSITIVE FEELING!

We leave nothing to guesswork.  We provide the lists for you to choose your words for creating affirmations that work, every time.

It is good to have big dreams and to commit them to paper.  It is good to get some clarity about your authentic desires for your life. Even quantum physics teaches that attention given to formless energy causes it to form.  We create our new life by thinking, but let’s not stop there.  Thinking and knowing that all you want has been created for you falls short.

 YOUR MOOD IS THE MAGIC INGREDIENT

Quantum physics teaches us that everything in the Universe is energy.  Even thoughts are energy.  When you raise your vibrations, you elevate your energy to a higher level.  This magnetizes your thoughts to attract whatever you want to you.  Affirming your intentions with emotion is critical. Positive emotion is the key to sending out the right signals into the Universe in order to attract like energy and bring your desires into your life.  The wrong emotion will set up resistance, a blockade, and stop your desire from manifesting in your world.  You will have a lot of stuff with your name on it floating around in the Universe, but it just won’t come to you in your physical world.  That won’t do you any good.  

The real goal is to manifest those desires into our NOW reality.  How do we do that and how do we do it so it happens as quickly as possible?

I believe the answer lies in our emotions.  I think positive thinking works best when coupled with positive emotions.

In this course you will find a list of positive emotions from which you can choose. When you create a list of all that you want in your life right now, choose a positive emotion that relates to having the item and write it beside the desire.  For instance, if selling your house so you can move makes you feel free, then write selling your house as a desire and in front of it write, “I feel free because.”

The Law of Attraction works faster and easier when using emotions, so spend some time figuring how each one of your desires will make you feel once you have it manifested in your reality. These feelings will be your powerful list of emotions.

The next list I am providing is for you to choose (or add your own ideas) to a FUN list.  This is a list of things that make you feel good (perhaps in different ways) but each item on the “fun list” that you create should make you feel good. I am providing some possible fun items to get you started.

After making your list of desires with emotions attached to each one and making your list of fun stuff and how each fun item makes you feel, you can match up emotions.

Take the first item on your list of desires (things you want to do, to be or to have) and look at the emotion next to it. For instance, if you want to sell your house and the emotion is feeling free then go to your list of fun stuff in your life now and look for something in your life right now that makes you feel free.  Let’s say you listed  hiking as a fun item and you listed feeling free as the way it makes you feel.  Now you need to make sure you take a lot of hikes and revel in the emotion of feeling free.

The effect of this is that Law of Attraction will bring you whatever you listed that matches the feelings you hold most. In other words, to cause the Law of Attraction to work quickly for you, maintain your focus on the feeling that you will feel when one of your dreams comes true.  This is far more powerful than repeating, “I have sold my house.” 

EMOTION IS THE SECRET

 Here are some words of emotion that you can use. Choose from the list or use any others that you can think of that accurately describe how you would feel having each item on your dream list come true. When it materializes into your physical world, how will that make you feel emotionally?

LESSON 2

AUTHENTIC DESIRE EQUALS AUTHENTIC EMOTION EQUALS SUCCESSFUL MANIFESTING

BEFORE YOU PUT THE CHARGE OF EMOTION ON IT

MAKE SURE YOUR LIST OF INTENTIONS ACURATELY REFLECTS YOUR AUTHENTIC DESIRES.  THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO REALLY FEEL THE EMOTION.

You will decide what you want for your best life by sorting through choices and making a list of your intentions. These intentions will not just be wishes. They will be decisions about what you want to have, to be and to do.  We call them intentions because you intend to manifest them.  You are no longer just thinking about it.  Take your time making your decisions because if you rush through the deciding process, it will be frustrating if you are not having any evidence of your desires manifesting and you realize your choices were not really what you sincerely wanted for yourself.

Make choices based on your real feelings, not what you think you should want or you think others want for you. Decide all alone based on what has a tendency to make you feel good about yourself and your future.

Once your intentions are made, you will need to know why you want each item of your list and it will need to have an emotional good feeling attached to the outcome, if you want to manifest it as quickly and easily as possible.

So, take your time with the choosing of your intentions.  You can change your list anytime you want.  This is not the only time you get to choose.  Give yourself some flexibility.  However, try your best to choose real desires just for you and ones that truly make you feel good and the rest of this lesson will be easy.

JUST FOR YOU

WHY YOU CAN’T MANIFEST FOR SOMEONE ELSE

We are each on our own personal path in life.  Other people can tell you how they feel and what they think but you can never really know for sure. With your own feelings and thoughts there is not much question as to whether or not they are real. You can only manifest for yourself using your personal thoughts and feelings.  As you learn to manifest the inspiration and intuition that comes to you will be just for you. As much as you may think you know what another person needs or wants and as much as you might like to manifest for them, you can really only manifest for yourself.  Now this is not to say that you can’t manifest and then give away in a charitable fashion to other people or animals or worthy causes.  You can. But attracting what you want to manifest has to be done for you and by you.

WHY YOU REALLY CAN’T EVEN FOOL YOURSELF.

KNOW WHAT YOU REALLY WANT.  KNOW WHY YOU WANT IT. KNOW WHAT EMOTION YOU WILL FEEL UPON RECEIVING IT.

You will need to reintroduce yourself to your authentic feelings in order to choose emotional feelings for your intentions.  Choosing feelings for your intentions is the only way to manifest your desires quickly and easily.  You may have to find your real emotions through the rubble of social media.  The challenge with finding authentic feelings for yourself presents itself when you start to realize that you see other people feeling a certain way or saying they feel a certain way in response to something “amazing” they are doing lately and posting on social media. So stay away from social media at least long enough to establish your real desires. 

LESSON 3

STEP BACK IN TIME

(AN EASY WAY TO LOOK FOR EMOTIONS)

A good way to start fresh and find out how you feel about the future possibilities with manifesting is to go back mentally to your childhood. Try to recall times when you felt giddy.  What were you doing? Who was there? People or animals or Nature or what forces were affecting your feeling good? We are looking only for good feelings here.  Was there a sport or hobby or pastime that made you happy? Was there a particular movement that made you feel great like swimming or running, dancing or riding? Remember we are looking only for good feelings here.

Next, move on to adulthood.  Do the same exercise.

Now, make a list of all that you have discovered. You should make a list of places, people, activities  and anything else that made you feel really good and next to each item list the word that describes your good feeling.

GET TO KNOW YOUR PAST POSITIVE EMOTION TRIGGERS SO YOU CAN DESIGN YOUR BEST AND HAPPIEST LIFE TO MANIFEST GOING FORWARD.

LESSON 5

POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS DONE RIGHT

There is no sense in choosing an intention if you have no idea why you want it.  Also, if you have no idea how it will increase your good feelings. Those kinds of intentions just won’t manifest for you on purpose.  Now, don’t get me wrong.  Things will happen in life that you did not ask to happen, because we attract our future and sometimes we don’t pay attention to making sure we are aware of what we are thinking and feeling and therefore attracting. However, when  you choose a desire to manifest, always tie it to a good emotion and you will be amazed at your manifesting success.

HOW TO ADD AN EMOTION TO YOUR DESIRE

To add an emotion to your desire, think about why you want to manifest this desire.  How will it make you feel when it appears in your reality? You can choose one emotion or choose multiple emotions.  Just take your time and make sure it is a real feeling for you.

 Once you set  your intentions and have made your list, you will want to speak or write your intentions in order to create momentum for the manifesting. 

 Writing or speaking your intentions is called affirming.  When you affirm, you should state that your intention is already real (because it is, even if you don’t see it yet) and most importantly you should state how you feel now that your intention is real. This is the reason for the list of good feeling emotional words.  Choose one or more to write each of your intentions.  Here is an example.  

You intend to have a farmette in the country.

“I feel safe and excited that I have a beautiful farmette in the country.”

AFFIRMING AND IMAGINING YOUR EMOTION

You will want to read and/or write your intentions often throughout your day and as you do, take a little time to really feel the emotion you have attached to it. Then go about your day and as you do, see if you can find things that make you feel the same emotion as your intention makes you feel.  Spend time around those things. Feeling the emotion that the manifesting of your desire will cause is a manifesting secret you should use often.

If you are like most people, fun is something you do after all the work is done.  In the Manifesting Club fun is what we do for work!

LESSON 6

FUN FOR ME

When you make a list of all that you can think of that makes you feel good, you must insist to yourself that you dig deeply and find authentic good feelings for you. 

It may be that it has been a very long time since you allowed yourself to think about what YOU actually love and what makes YOU happy and energized.  

It is so easy to get wrapped up in what society says is fun. It is easy to get lost in the happiness of others. However, if you do that long enough, you can really lose touch with what true happiness means for you. 

You must dig deeply and be completely non-judgmental with yourself. It can be difficult to admit that talking to chickens makes you giddy or building sand castles makes you feel like all is perfect with your world.

BACK IN TIME YOU GO

It does not matter what it is, but it must be true for you. Go all the way back to childhood, if you can, mentally, in order to start writing. Write down moments and things and environments and people and animals and just anything at all that made you feel very happy.

The reason that your choices for your fun list have to be authentic for you is because you will use your list to create the feeling of happiness. 

Since you want a lot of things in this world (some that money can buy and some that money can’t buy) you must learn how to create the feeling that you will feel when you get what you want.  

The key is to be able to create the feeling without the things in your physical world. The physical things that you know from your past have given you real happiness are your ticket to getting all that you want in the future in your life. 

Make a list of all that you want in your world now. Then put the list away and get out your “fun list”. This is your list of that which has proven to make you happy in the past. 

Study it and feel how you used to feel. While you do this you are opening yourself to the energy attraction and “the magic” will begin.

LESSON 7

WRITE YOUR “FUN LIFE” STORY

Make it your intention to have fun. 

GET A NOTEBOOK. THE FOLLOWING WRITING PROJECT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE. 

Have a little fun and let your mind run wild and write whatever you feel is true for you.

What kind of day would bring you great joy? 

How would your joyous day start?  Details please.  Write it down.

After your joyous morning, how will you spend your daylight hours?

What will you do?  With whom?  Where? 

Write in detail.  Fill in every detail as it comes to you.  Go ahead and dream big and be honest with yourself…not judging yourself, just let it flow.  Get it all on paper.  

Where do you live?

Alone or with whom?

What is your environment like?  (country, city, mountain, beach, foreign country, boat)

Now you can spend your time any way you like.  What do you choose to do today?

How about the rest of the week?

This month?

This year? 

Will you travel?

Where will you go?

In what vehicle?

Stay in hotels?

Camp?

Friend’s house?

Second home for you?

Who, if anyone, will accompany you.

What kind of entertainment will you have?

Music

Dance

Dine

Walk

Art

Gardens

Nature

Shopping

History

What’s on your list of things that are truly fun for you? 

If you like it, put it on your list.  Put anything and everything on your list, no censoring, no judging.  This is private.  It is just for your eyes, so get it all on there.  Carry your list around all day and think about this:  What do I like?

 LESSON 8

NOW COME BACK TO THE PRESENT

When you make your mind up to get the life you want, you can use this method and start from wherever you are. All we have is right now. The past is the past. It does not have to dictate your future.

Lots of us get mentally beaten down for one reason or another and we start to repeat a string of loses. This only makes us believe less in our ability to ever get what we desire. 

Just leave the past alone and start with today, right now. Give this amazing method a try. It is successful every time. You may not be able to see it working right away, but it is. It starts working the moment you start to practice it. 

Don’t doubt the effectiveness of it all, while you wait for manifestations in your life. It works every time. It is working while it seems nothing is happening. 

Just wait until you have your first breakthrough with it. You will be shouting, “OMG THIS STUFF WORKS.”  

Start from wherever you are right now, mentally and physically. Get centered and clear your mind by mediating, even if you can only sit still for one minute. After meditating, go outside and appreciate Nature. See how many things you can appreciate about the natural world (animals, trees, sky, sun, bushes, flowers, grass, anything and everything you appreciate about Nature). Just spend a few minutes talking to yourself about how great all the things you love about Nature are.

Then look up and spend a few minutes thanking Source for loving you, supporting you, guiding you, inspiring you, entertaining you, comforting you and any other benefits you feel.

Remember that you are a spirit with a body not a body with a spirit. You are first and foremost a spirit.

Now this requires a little faith. Remind yourself that you are mostly spirit and then start to think of the world as vibrating energy.  

Everything is vibrating energy, including your thoughts. In order to attract lots of money and anything else you want in this world, you must emit positive energy, which is best accomplished by finding ways to make yourself feel good.

LESSON 9

IT DOESN’T ALWAYS GO JUST RIGHT

When things are not going as you would like in your life, you have a strong tendency to think about those things.  The problem is that thinking about bad stuff attracts more bad stuff by the law of attraction. But you might ask, “How can I think good thoughts when bad stuff is all around me?”  That is the reason there are so few really successful people.  

You have to go against all logic and you have to retrain your brain. It is easier to do after meditating so you are starting with a clear head. Then you can start to think on purpose and to create the feelings that you choose to create on purpose instead of just reacting to life.

Reacting to what goes on around you in life is what most people do their entire lives and it is like perpetual motion.  

It just feeds off of itself. Bad stuff happens. You pay attention to it. You talk about it with others. They share their similar bad stuff. Everyone keeps focusing on it.  The negative energy builds with the attention to it. The law of attraction kicks in and brings more bad stuff which gives you more negative things to discuss, which builds it up more and so on.

So, how do you get it going the other way? First you make the decision that you want it to go the other way. You want something in life other than what you have been getting.

Decisions can be hard to make. They seem so serious and final. What if you make a bad one? What if things get worse? 

OK. This is where meditation pays off handsomely. When you meditate, you clear your mind. When you clear your mind, you are able to think in a fresh way about desires that are authentically yours. Start to practice meditating daily and carry a notebook to write down all that you think you want in life.

When things you don’t like are happening in your life, go meditate and read your list of all that you want in your life.  Next to each item, write down how you will feel once you have it.

THIS IS YOUR NEW WORLD. 

Tell yourself that YOUR WORLD is just as you wrote it and when something is not good in your life, like people being difficult or bills or illness or whatever you don’t like, read your list and practice your good feelings. 

LESSON 10

Perhaps you find it hard to feel good about something not yet in your reality. Reading it just doesn’t do it for you. If so, find something that is in your reality already that makes you feel good.  

This is the reason it is a good idea to carry a notebook and list all that you appreciate in your life right now.  You can refer to it in order to get that good feeling going that is so critical to Law of Attraction success and manifesting quickly.

Eventually, you will feel very powerful and you will know that you are creating your future with the thoughts and feelings you have today. You will start to respect how important it is to “live” in your mind with your good feelings. Then you will know that your real power lies in controlling the vibrations you are emitting at any given time. 

Soon you will start to catch yourself playing victim or feeling sorry for yourself because you are used to that. Then you will be able to change your feelings on purpose.

It is not that nothing negative will ever happen again in your life. It is just that you will deal with negatives in an entirely different way. 

You will be in control instead of at the mercy of others.  Staying on your own powerful positive path, even while providing empathy for others, will get easier.

When negatives happen, as they will in life, you can see it differently. You can use it to make yourself even more CLEAR about the things you DO want in the life you are creating.

LESSON 11

Keep a list of all that is fun for you to think about and all that is fun for you to do. This will give you a place to go for an emotional adjustment.

Keep a list of all that you appreciate. This will help you to vibrate on a high level. Keep a list of all that you want and the corresponding emotional words. These words describe how you will feel when you manifest all that you want. This will give you a reference for good, powerful emotions to choose and conjure up for yourself. This will, in turn, put you back on the path where LAW OF ATTRACTION WORKS!
